I learned to see patterns, read organizational dynamics, and stay grounded when the stakes were high.
My focus is helping organizations identify the patterns, structural friction, and untapped capabilities that are quietly shaping outcomes. These are the things that are hard to see when you are inside them every day.
I am not a consultant who arrives with a framework and leaves with a report. I am the person you think out loud with when the decision matters, the path forward is not yet clear, and legacies are on the line.
